Wife Racheal Flader reserved a rental for today. Our van broke down. She hitched a ride with a friend to get into town. She reserved the car online. Only to find out upon arriving at Enterprise there was no cars available and she was behind 12 other people. The person at the counter said they called. My wife's cell phone has no missed calls. This is terrible customer service by the online site and the local office. We are not happy with enterprise at all.

This Enterprise office provided the worst experience we have ever had with a rental agency. We had some questions regarding a rental. Calling the office fourteen times resulted in leaving three voicemails, hanging up ten times in disgust at not being able to reach anyone, and one person during the second week of March who did answer, but was not helpful. We left information pertinent to our questions with three different people - once via telephone, and twice in person. We kept being referred to other people, who referred us to managers who never called back and whose names were unavailable. Three weeks later, we have yet to learn anything about our questions, renting a vehicle, anything. No callbacks, nothing. This is the only car rental agency in the Hillsboro Ohio area - and it shows. Do yourself a favour and drive to Washington Court House or somewhere else nearby if you can just to avoid these people.
