We visited the 4490 Cemetery Road Hilliard, OH 43026 Subway on June 30 at 4:45 p.m. During that time a young man was working there along with a sweet young lady. My daughter order a turkey salami sub with cheese with NOTHING else on it. The young man began carrying on about how that sub would have to be double meat and cost us over $8.00. He began yelling and then we thought he was going to throw the cash register at us when he turned it around and insisted we look at the cost. Now my daughter only wanted 2 slices of turkey and two slices of salami and 2 little triangles of cheese. He said he could not do anything about it and kept YELLING. I asked him to go into the other room and leave us alone and we would talk with the young lady. He refused and kep carrying on. I told him we were leaving but he would not stop. Would someone please check the schedule of who was working during this time and have this young man counseled about yelling at customers. He definitely should be working in some other industry where he can take his frustrations out on someone other than customers. We left that subway and went to one nearby and ordered the same sub. My daughter received chips too for around $5.00. We all had a great meal and friendly service at the other subway. Just thought you should know.
