So far, can't get them to return any calls!!! Not a good business practice and certainly doesn't instill faith in their business. Had glass replaced by them in May (never received any kind of warranty information on their work or the glass itself -True Performance actually contracted them to do the work, not me directly); went out to my car in July with the rearview mirror dangling and underneath a crack - they tried to say that I somehow did it - wouldn't even concede at all that there could have been anything wrong with the product and/or installation - they actually accused me of pulling the mirror off and causing the crack myself so that I could receive a "free" replacement. Long story of excuses of how it COULDN'T have been them and that I somehow actually caused it. And yes, months later my mirror is still dangling - yea, I did it so I could drive with a mirror taped up with packing tape in my beautiful BMW. Oh, and the kicker is, they charged over $500 to replace the glass (have found others who will replace for cheaper) and they're new estimate to replace a new windshield was actually over $700!!! Hmmmmmm.....
