Our experience with Charles McClenaghan was very good, we were treated with respect, we went there to open a Trust and to update all legal documents which was done with several meeting to be sure all details were to our liking, all of this went very well and we are very satisfied with all of the results. We received a very nice 3 ring binder containing all documents in detail so that we can easily find any document that might be needed in the future, this also included 2 USB flash-drives as a back up. I would certainly recommend his services to anyone in need of the services he provides.

After hearing a presentation about Probate and having to go through the process with my in-laws, my wife and I decided to meet with Charles H. McClenaghan to see if we should set up an Estate Plan. Even though we do not have children, we saw the benefits of being able to determine what happens to us, our family and each other. The process is very detailed and it will give you an excellent idea of what you think your worth is versus what it really is. I think you will find like we did, that the cost of setting up our Living Trust is minimal compared to the cost our loved ones would have to deal with in Probate Court. I would have no problem referring Charles to anyone who needs are is wondering if they need his services.
