TERRIBLE! Charging $30 to provide an update to a document is unacceptable! When insuring a Condo Building part of the service provided is updating mortgagee clauses for mortgage companies. Answering a question on the phone but refusing to answer in an email without payment is ridiculous! Never in the 8 years I have been in the industry have I dealt with a company this greedy. Do yourself a favor and find a different local business to support.
