I’ve eaten here several times. Previously, I’ve had the wrong thing delivered to my table twice at this restaurant- for some reason they kept making the ‘Spicy Thai’, when I ordered the ‘Spicy Sausage’. Today was an experience that was no different- I waited over 45 minutes for my food, and even then all parties didn’t receive their food at once. My order was missing several components that had to be asked for. I will note that the server recognized it took a long time and gave us a $6.00 comp without us asking. In my opinion Beer Barrel has too extensive of a menu- I can’t help but feel that the range contributes to the very long wait times, as I can’t help but feel they sent an errand boy to fetch ingredients from the local Kroger. All in all- the restaurant is run poorly, the staff has no attention to detail, and the prices are outrageous.
