My husband went to Smoky Hill Urgent Care on April 3rd, 2011. There are 3 copays listed on our insurance card, none of them for Urgent Care. They charged him $50. I later found our copay to be $20. I called Orion billing service on 5/9/2011 to request the $30 be refunded. I was told I could leave that balance on account for future visits. WHO DOES THAT? No thank you, I'd like a refund please. She says, "Sure, that claim has been processed and we'll send it to the office and they'll mail you a check." Could you just refund the $30 back to my MasterCard? I was told no.I called again on May 24th and July 1st, still no results. 'We'll send it to the office' . I thought I was calling their office! The ladies on the phone were both very pleasant, but I felt I was getting the run-around. I called my credit card company, they reversed the over charge in 5 minutes. I called the manager at Smoky Hill Urgent Care. I told her I won't visit there again because their billing comp
