I have lived in HR for seven years and had very bad experience with this shop. Some things I had done there were fine. But my Brakes+ lifetime gauranteed brakes simply came apart about 1 year later. This would obviously damage the brake drums from loose parts. So, I returned for what I thought would be fixed under warranty; however, they charged me $200 for new drums. They also broke the handle off my oil dip stick. The service desk makes it hard and confusing to discuss options. I had been leary of this shop from earlier work on several cars and several times. Not just one visit; but rather, I have evolved. I've never been back since. I don't trust this shop.
