Absolutely horrible experience with this agency. Unprofessional staff that is unresponsive and clueless as to how to do their jobs. Denied a claim for obvious damage which ended up costing me thousands of dollars out of my own pocket. Do yourself a favor and keep far away from Allstate and especially the McInnes agency in Littleton.

If you have any issues with a policy billing questions, it will NOT be handled. I have had nothing but bad luck since talking with this office. I would like to say that Leslie was a pleasure to talk to, but still couldn't help. They never return your calls, especially if you have a problem. I couldn't get the agent to stop calling me before the policy started, but after they won't return a single call. Very disappointed.
