took my expansive comforter there to clean, when I got it back, I was in shock , because it had chemical stains all over and some of the glass beads were missing. So I brought it back, and they said they will try to fix it .2 weeks later I picked it up from the cleaners and when I opened it at home I was devastated! There are lots of half inch cuts ALL OVER the comforter on the top and bottom and front and back. They completely ruined my $400 comforter ,they did not even offered to refund my money back for dry cleaning or compensate me for comforter, all the lady said is "Ops, I am sorry" !!!!!!

I am very upset with this situation and hope people will read my feedback before they take their stuff to this place, THEY WILL RUIN YOUR STUFF WITH NO REGRETS!!!!
