Two weeks ago I received my Resound hearing aids from the Howell office. Truly amazing instruments! They replaced Oticon hearing aids that were 6 years old and had been requiring repairs for a while. Even after 2 weeks I am still discovering many sounds that I have missed for years and once again am attending social events that I used to avoid.

In addition to praising the Resound instruments I want to praise the staff at the Howell office where I got my new hearing aids. The audiologist Mary was very professional, informative, courteous and never hesitated in answering my many questions and offering concise explanation of the Resound app for my iPhone. To say that her support throughout the process was outstanding would be an understatement. In addition she is supported by Susan at the reception desk who is always cheerful, attentive and makes sure that customers are made to feel welcome, another professional to complement Mary.

I strongly recommend this duo to anyone who might be in need of assistance with hearing problems!!!
