Had my car in the shop and they were prompt and helpful. Picked me up and dropped me off.

Whenever I'll need a rental car, I call Enterprise the day before. They quote me a daily rate, and give me a reservation number. Then when I go in to rent the car, they have one available at the quoted price. Later, you can extend the rental as long as you want -- if it's on credit card, just call them. Also, they give prompt free rides to & from rental location. Will use again...

If you do not have a credit card then don't bother . They told me that my debit card would be fine , so I made a reservation with them . Thought I was all set to go , but no go with them I went to pick up a truck and then they tell me that I need a major credit card ,so no truck for me . I do not recommend them to anyone
