Called them and asked if do abdomen exam. They said yes, and can also offer x-ray imagining. So... I go in. PA stood in doorway whole time. Told me how he couldn't help me, that I need get a CT scan. I got charged $127 for that.
Oh, he did write a prescription, which pharmacy would not fill because... meds were Over The Counter items. Great. Start all over paying again now.

I don't understand, why they a bad review. Every time I have been there, they're always very friendly and very quick. I have never seen them be rude to anyone.

I can't believe they weren't even busy at all but had us waiting in lobby for 2 hours. then we get in the exam room and they make us wait another hour and the whole time we are waiting I hear them talking to each other about candy crush and shoes and hot pockets. wtf kind of place is this? Don't go here if you can avoid it.

This place is the worst urgent care center I have ever been to! And the P.A. I saw, Diane Garcia, was very rude, lazy, and un-professional!!! I will never go back to this place! We waited in the lobby for close to 40 minutes, yet there were no patients in the back, nor in the lobby. My hand had 2 big deep cuts, and they refused to stitch them. I was bleeding for over an hour. I was even bleeding when I saw Diane Garcia. She absolutely refused to stitch me. She ordered x-rays which took 40 minutes to do. When she saw there was no glass in my hand (my hand went through a window), she just sent me home. No antibiotics, no tentus shots, no nothing...not even a band-aid. I was bleeding in the exam room while I was waiting to be seen, I was looking for a band-aid when Diane Garcia came in, and she yelled at me for looking in the room. I wasn't trying to take anything...just needed a band-aid. When I was being discharged, I asked for some packets of the neosporin ointment that they have in all the exam rooms...the packets that doctors give out by the handfull...I was told that those packets only come from a vending machine, and that they cannot just give them away to just anyone. Sorry, but when is a bleeding patient "just anyone"? My hand continued to bleed through the night, and into the next day. My pants were ruined. My wifes new mattress and bedding was also left blood stained. Diane Garcia was just too lazy to stitch me...heck she could have glued the incisions...she was just too lazy! They were not busy at all. Yet the wait was very long. All in all, we were I was there for over 2 hours. My hand was in a lot of pain for about 4 days too. Even the recdeptionist was rude to me. I will never return to this horrible place!
