I had a very bad experience with this company. I brought in my computer to see if it can be fixed and the guy told me he will look into it waited for 2 weeks no call about my computer. I called no answer can't leave a message. I went in about three to four times to check out the status of my computer still lies and disappointments. I don't know about anybody else of the nature with this company but my experiences was not good at all poor management team. I wasted my time and effort if you can't fix or repair a problem that is too difficult to handle say mean it don't waste people time based on mishaps of your own. Let's keep it professional and you won't have to worry about bad reviews on your company. Please beware go somewhere else for service and remember follow up on them to see if there service is worth the effort.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, moderately priced, good follow up, always available to answer questions, prompt service. when you get your computer/laptop back, it will be fixed.

I highly recommend red computer. They have always taken care of my needs in a professional manner.
