Identity tried to explain to Appenx Inc that we are wholesale and only sell to the sign trade. Identity declined their business for that reason.

Identity is a wholesale company, the same as Appenx Inc. Appenx mislead our company and wanted us to sell to the contractor. Identity is wholesale we don't go in behind our customers backs and sell direct. Appenx Inc BETTER watch they say about other company's. It may hurt you in the long run.

Very disappointed with Identity Custom Signage - we handed them a sign project - drawings and quote to purchase our signs and install the project. Last minute they dropped the project and told the General Contactor they were not doing the project. Identity never contacted us with questions or concerns. We were handing them money - here is a project all designed and quoted for you. We are Appenx, Inc. and we sell through dealers and sign companies - we help locate project for our customers to bid, they make money, we make money and the end users get a great product and local support from a dealer or sign company in their area.
