I would like to correct stars, they apologized so much for keeping me waiting today, nurse Vickie and Micheal but Tech Nick never came back to the room. They are really nice people.

Today I went into medical on willard dairy rd in high point nc. They had took all my x-rays and blood work before 12noon and was asked for a urine sample while I was on my way to take x-rays and the gentleman said he would get when I returned and he never did. He passed room several times and me when I was returning back to my room. Then nurse Micheal comes in right before 2pm to tell me that they are waiting on urine sample. What kind of mess is that, I could have been out alittle after one. Nurse name Micheal and Tech is Nick(the one who forgot all about me wow)

Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, shared info regarding Achilles' tendon that I otherwise would not have known.

Went to get detoxed and the Nurse called the High Point Police and gave them my medical records to have me arrested because she thought I had drove there intoxicated . The staff treated me like a bum and don't ask for a can drink because I was told they were for staff only . Please avoid this place at all cost !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have a true emergency this might not be the place to go. Nurses and staff standing around and talking but not interacting with patients. Waited 6 1/2 hours to be treated for a dog bite. Was started on rabies treatments by one doctor and when I went back for follow up the Dr on call pitched a fit because I was taking the rabies shots. Well the first doctors said I needed them. So upset by the conflicting treatment that I had to go home and go to bed.
