Not a patient friendly office. They cancel appointments at the last minute often. They don't reschedule until 2 months after the appointment that they cancelled. They all look like they don't want to be there taking care of patients. If you don't want to be there that is fine. Just go home and sit. There are a lot of people looking for jobs.

The staff are all very professional and caring. I was happy how Dr. Pinkus and his assistant Rosie explained every detail of my procedure, and how gentle and caring his assistant was. I definitely recommend Kane Dental to anyone that is looking for an office who really cares about there patients.

USE Kane Dental of Hicksville.. the dentists are so great and staff too.. I had been on medications and my teeth no so good from it. Well the dentist got my smile back on track and my life has changed from it. They know what they are doing and the service is the best!

I HAD A REALLY BAD TOOTH ACHE AND I DIDNT HAVE A GENERAL DENTIST EVER SO I SEEN KANE DENTAL WAS VERY CLOSE BY TO MY HOME BEING ELDERLY NOY MANY PEOPLE ACCEPT MY INSURANCE I CALLED AND REQUESTED TO HAVE AN EMERGENCY VISIT THE PERSON I SPOKE TO WAS SO FRIENDLY AND SYMPATHETIC THANK YOU KANE DENTAL !

the doctors are great & a huge plus that they take my insurance . apparently not many doctors do !

I would give this office a 0 if I could. The old dentists were good but the newer one is down right mean to his patients for no reason at all, I was floored by his bad attitude. What a schmuck.

Okay wow, the hygenist... I didn't want this a*hole near my teeth... please do yourself a favor, if you want a real exam, stay away from her and the dentist she's always flirting with... who doesn't try to really give time either! Just wants your money!

Stay away. Terrible reception/appointment staff. Not very good cleaning, either.

STAY AWAY FROM this office, by far the WORST staff, rude, ignorant, from the dentist, the hygienist to the two up front!

no bed side manner's what so every! take your kids and yourself elsewhere!

I went to the place with my son. I never see a place with so many people who doesn't have any clue why are they working there. I hope I will never had to go back there or at other dentist pratice that they owe it. Very disappoint .

Although the office staff is very nice and they have updated the offices cosmetically, it takes a month or more to get an appt. - you cannot make an appt for a check-up and cleaning on the same day. average wait is 30-45 minutes - with previous dentists - never waited more than 10 minutes. and my last check-up consisted of the dentist looking in my mouth and say i was fine, he did not touch one tooth. no x-rays etc.
