Professional and well coordinated service. I hired At your Service after receiving an agreeable quote from them. They started working shortly after the estimate and updated us throughout the project. Turnaround time was 3 days for complete floor replacement. The finished product is wonderful. Looks like quality finished flooring. For the price, it's unbeatable.

I've used At Your Service multiple times now and they have proven to be consistently helpful. They have completely refurbished my hardwood floors and performed extensive carpet cleaning services all around my home. The prices were reasonable and they are professional on the job. No slacking or being unproductive. Highly recommend!

Just had the pleasure of working with At Your Service. They were routine oriented and started working on our project days after our estimate. Extremely professional and friendly on the job. They kept their area clean and didn't leave anything behind. One of the best experience I've ever had with a home remodeling contractor. I would recommend them with confidence!

I am 100% satisfied with the service I had provided by this company! Not only was the process explained to me, but it was done with the utmost care and diligence. Extremely unprofessional, not the first time i hired them to do a job at my house. I made an appointment for carpet cleaning, the first time around the tech that did the job did an extremely poor job, i called them back to redo the areas that weren't done properly. Upon the tech arriving, he went on and on about how its a lot of work and how he shouldn't have to re do everything since thats not what he was told when the appointment was clearly made to re do it all. I called the owner of the company and he raised his voice over the phone and was extremely rude and disrespectful, wouldnt even let me finish talking and kept talking over me and yelling at me, when i told him to hear me out, he said " excuse me, im talking, im the boss here", does that mean anything?? They have low prices but that doesn't mean anything.
I had to personally visit the owner myself to understand why I was given an attitude and talked down to for no reason???
Extremely unprofessional, disgusted by the way he treats his employees and talks down to customers.
There are so many other companies out there, rather pay someone more and have it done right than deal with a rude boss who is money hungry and treats everyone bad.

Technician arrived on time, explained the job, and finished well within the estimated timeframe. At the conclusion of the job (refinishing my dining room floor), he called to say he was finished, and that I did not need to leave early and could survey the floor when I was coming home from work.

I was 100% satifsfied with the work I had done by this company! They were very helpful and accommodating from the receptionist who answered the phone to the man who came to do my work. They came to my house the same day that I called! The gentleman who came to clean my tile and grout in my kitchen was prompt, knowledgable, nice and thorough. My floors came out amazing!! The price they gave me was more reasonable than any other company around. I will definitely use this company for any other work in my house that I need!

I gave 2 stars because the man who cleaned our rugs was extremely nice. However, it's not his fault the company used cheap poor liquid to clean the rugs. There were several small stains that did not come out, after he left and the rugs were dry. He did tell me the company does not use scotch guard in treating rugs ! I called the company a few days later..... Still stains reappeared... "She told me someone would be back on Wed. 12-4 June 28 2916. Well....I'm still waiting??!! I wouldn't recommend this company! Keep on looking!! Poor results & poor customer service!!!

I was truly impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of this company. I needed work completed to fix up my house to sell: floors refinished, deck repair, carpets cleaned, bathroom redone. Not only was the work on budget, they managed to hold done costs and complete the projects on time. I sold my house because of them. And I will absolutely use them again for my new home!

Michael was fantastic!!! I have been using at my service for 20+ year always great But today was over the top with Michael :)

The carpeting in my entire home was cleaned by At Your Service. Keenan was friendly, professional and very respectful of my belongings. He worked miracles and removed stains that were 15 years old (that other companies couldn't remove), and furniture indentations, leaving the carpets spotless and looking brand new.



I also enlisted their handyman services. Sal was kind and very accommodating, fixing everything on my "to do" list. I would highly recommend this full-service company and have told all my friends about their one-stop services. There's nothing they can't do! What a great go-to service company. Kudos!!!

The WORST & the owner Rob is very unprofessional. Just look them up on the BBB. They got a D for a reason. I can't go into how bad they are just do yourself a favor & find a company with a good reputation. Had my carpets cleaned & when they dried It had streaks all over. It looked better before they came. When you try to get them back either there just so busy or they give you a time & don't show up. When you call & after waiting 3 hours They say the driver had an "accident". I would believe that but since other reviews say the same thing I believe this is a standard business practice. Again,they are quick to come for the initial visit that's to get there money ((cash only) but they don't stand by the job they do,

Do Not Use This Company!! The WORST!!

After speaking with the gentleman who answered the phone and identifying what service we were interested in, he was kind enough to explain the service a bit, as well as offer a few other options available to us. Having confirmed that we could get the carpet in the entire apartment cleaned for $80 (one large main dining/living room, bedroom, hallway and staircase), it was an easy decision to make. As it turned out, they were able to come that very same day.



Keenan, our technician, was great! Never once did he slack off, and he was personable and friendly.



When the work was done, I looked on in awe. Our carpets came out better than I could have expected. The spots and stains that we had accumulated over the last 6 months are now impossible to see.



After just an hour and a half our apartment was done, and we couldn't be happier. We were so thrilled - w/ the customer service, the timely appointment, the competitive pricing and the results - that I spent the morning writing this review.

We hired At Your Service for a few small jobs (mounting a television, hanging two flag cases, and cleaning/re-grouting and caulking in two bathrooms). We wanted to add another small task, and upon calling, the person who answered was rude and unhelpful, stating that he had the original work order in front of him, but somehow was still unable to confirm what we had already scheduled them for. I was extremely put off by that, but decided to continue on. I knew immediately that was a mistake, as the worker arrived over an hour earlier than the time frame provided without the pre-arrival call I was promised. He then left because he did not have the necessary material for mounting the television (which they said he would already have with him.) While he did mount the television upon his return, the flag cases are noticeably uneven and crooked. We had him look at another small job we wanted done in order to generate an estimate. He told us someone would contact us with that information, but no one ever did (a blessing in disguise). He then informed us that a second worker would be coming to perform the grout and caulk work. Upon his arrival, the first worker sat in the bathroom with the second worker and instructed him on how to caulk a tub and do the other work necessary. He then left for another job. The man working on the caulk did an awful job. It was uneven, sparse in some places while piled on in others, and was all over the tiles. I’m shocked the tub hasn’t started leaking yet. He claimed to have cleaned the grout around the floor and wall tiles, but there is absolutely no evidence that he even tried to clean it. The first worker left what was supposed to be my receipt, which the second worker then took from me, saying he had to take it back with him. He then failed to give me any kind of receipt, even after asking more than once. When payment is expected in cash, I expect a receipt in return. Run run RUN away from this company.

This is a wonderful company to do business with. I called for carpet cleaning and then the very next day my carpet was cleaned. The carpet looks like new now. They were very professional and nice to talk to. I am very happy and highly recommend their services. I will call them again in the future. Thank you!

we had our wood floors refinished in a bedroom the floors were original to the house at least 50 years old and believe it or not they look new. the two young men that did the job took their time and tried to make sure that it looked the best that it could . I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I would want Ashtan Corvin and Kevin Ami to do the job because of their professionalism,courtesy and the care that these two took in our home.

I was very happy with the service provided by "At Your Service" when I had my basement carpet cleaned. They are very flexible and willing to accommodate your schedule, and also very prompt showing up for appointments.The young man helping me was very thorough with his work, took his job very seriously, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the end result before leaving. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone else looking for similar results.
