Wow, Ive been to many doctors offices, and dentist offices, but the experience I've had at American dental in Hicksville has been by far the worst, most stressful experience of my life.The sad thing is that it had nothing to do with the dentists themselves, all the problems came from the front desk. One receptionist in particular named Aleta was the most unprofessional, most unqualified receptionist Ive ever dealt with. All I can say is stay far far away.

I was a customer at the Hicksville location for an year and will never go back again. These people just don't care abt customers & treat them disrespectfully at their will without any accountability. They cancelled my appointment when I got to the office even after I had informed them on the phone one day before that I will be coming 30 mins late. Same girl I had talked on the phone acted as if I made a mistake. Even when I tried talking to one senior i.e. doctor in-charge, she acted same way without even acknowledging their mistake. Making me feel like a throwaway commodity. If you are looking to be treated respectfully and professionally with a good service definitely avoid this place. No gimmicks - Real experience.
