I can only speak from my personal experiences and from being a patient of Doctor Willis. I could probably start by giving the location and parking at the clinic a couple of stars, whew! I felt the clinic itself is set up in an extraordinary way. It is well equipped to where you don't have to run here and there for test and scans and waiting on results. I personally found the staff to be efficient and friendly, including scheduling and appointment personnel, billing and insurance personnel, and the nursing and aide staff. The doctor herself was professional, thorough in evaluation and treatment determination and had a way about her to make one feel comfortable and relaxed. She seem to have compassion for her patients. I would give the opportunity of setting up a personal portal online for a complete overview of your record and to be able to make appointments, request refills of medication, view and pay your bill, and communicate personally with your doctor a five star rating alone. This online portal is very secure and committed to one's privacy. In closing; a lot of medical professionals are charging fees, if you don't cancel your appointment within 24hours, because they feel that they could fill your place with someone that is having to wait for an opening. Depending on their level of dignity, they should realize emergency situations and I feel they should only charge patients that are established and their record of cancellations.

Only gave one star because I had to! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They are rude, they lie, they make appointments and don’t tell you about them. I have a $100 no show fee bc something important in my family had come up the day of the appt and dr. Creighton said bc I didn’t give them a proper excuse I still have to pay the $100.. I shouldn’t have to tell them my personal life to not be charged $100. What makes everything worse, I have never even stepped foot into this doctors office or have seen the doctor! Staff of very rude and will talk to you like you are no better than the ground you walk on. Even had a manager hang up on me, and then say she didn’t. I highly do not recommend.

Dr. DeLeary seems to be thorough and nice. His staff is rude from start to finish. They treat you like you are a burden. No hello or how are you. When someone is placing a catheter in you, it would good if they were at least nice. Only nice person on the phone or at office is the girl named Allegra. The Brittany at checkin was very rude and checkout wasn't any better. Asked about the test scheduled next visit and the nurse said ask checkout and checkout said she didn't know. They don't give your receipt at time of payment which bothers me. I have to ask for it every time at checkout.

Do not care for their protocol. It is not fair to make a person suffer with nausea and vomiting when the Md. knows the patient has kidney stones and will not take a phone call for prescription for some Phenergan. I had an appointment for the next day..
