Pipes Ltd Pipes Ltd started in 1975 with the opening of the Asheville Mall store and later expanded to the Hickory area in 1979 with the opening of the Valley Hills Mall store. Pipes Ltd is owned and operated by Janet Forester. Today, we are the Hickory-Triad area's only complete tobacconist and we feature some of the best premium cigars you can't find at the "Wal-Mart" cigar stores.
