The car wash broke my mirror this morning! I keep calling the only phone number I can find, but it is going to the fax machine. I can't find any other number or an email address to talk to a manager.

Also, I purchased the Ultimate package and my car is not clean at all, so that is double sadness.

There is something wrong with there machines because they won't accept any credit cards. I tried it about 8 months ago and it said the card was declined. Then I tried it again this morning with two different cards from two different banks and both were declined. That's a total of 3 different cards it wouldn't accept. After I left the carwash I used one of the cards at Bojangles without a problem. No wonder I never see anyone using that carwash.

I have been there twice now and the carwash will spray my car down then just stop and tell me to exit. The bad part is I cannot get ahold of the manager for a refund.

Car wash does a horrible job. Left soap all over the car. Had to go through another car wash to get the job done. Called company and they said they would have someone call to refund us but never did.
