I couldn't be happier with my experience with Lee Sewing Center in Hickory. Tammy & her staff have always been so friendly, knowledgeable, & skilled in answering questions or demonstrating techniques. As a novice to embroidery, they listened to my goals & helped me pick the machine that was perfect for me. They've always been available to help me any time I called. Tammy has helped troubleshoot (mostly user error) challenges & has taught me so much, always patiently answering my questions & demonstrating the many accessories that came with my machine. It's important to schedule an appointment if possible as Tammy & her staff make you feel that your needs are their highest priority.

Kaye is always the best, She really gave us great tips.

Love this store . Berry is a great technician. Extremely knowledgeable and personable. He and Lynn have helped me set up machines and even helped carry one up the stairs for me. This was after they had worked all day and didn't live close to me. I love taking classes with Lynn and Tammie. I've learned so much and made new friends.

Some time ago I bought a Brother sewing machine from another dealer. I took it in for service. It took longer than expected. They told me that since I hadn't bought it from them they service their customers first and I should find someone else to service it in the future. Be prepared to pay their price or get the cold shoulder.

For a beginning quilter There was alot of informatin and I learned alot.

Love Love Love this store and the girls that work there. They always take the time to answer all my questions and make sure I get everything I need when I visit. I have purchased both of my embroidery machines there and would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a machine. They go above and beyond. Thanks ladies!

Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. Worst customer service. They only want a sell. Purchased a machine from this shop two years ago. They sold me the floor model for the price of a new machine (all without telling me there were new ones to purchase). Asked for fast frames to go with the machine and they provided an off-brand frame. Have had to have numerous repairs on this machine. It has given me trouble since the day I brought it home. And good luck dealing with the sales women. Most bitchy set of cooks. They only want to sell you a machine. Once they have your money do not expect the nice, sweet salesperson again. So disgusted with this business. Two thumbs down. Run away from this store as fast as you can.
