If your thinking of choosing Grafin Blau for your spa services then you have made a great choice!
I booked a spa day for the women of our church and I must say that the staff at Grafin Blau went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs.
We chose the package that included food and services (needless to say we were going to be there for a while so we had to eat LOL). Heather made sure I had gluten free cupcakes so I could join in on the desserts and we were also celebrating a birthday in our group. Heather made sure to really make it memorable for us and our birthday girl.
Our massages, pedicures, facials, and ALL of our services were top notch.
You will relax in a very calming atmosphere and you will be treated respectfully.
I really hope you will give it a try and pamper like you deserve to be pampered.

Received a wonderful pedicure here from Chasity and an equally amazing haircut from Sharon. Both were very professional and talented. Sharon had a lot of experience in working with thick, curly hair such as mine and Chasity gave me what they call a seasonal pedicure. From what I understand they change the scent of their seasonal services monthly. March was pistachio coconut which was heavenly. I highly recommend this Spa as it is very clean and they offer a large selection of services.

I found this Spa on Groupon where they had over 200 rave reviews and almost 100 rave reviews on Facebook so I decided to give them a try even though their Yelp & Google reviews were less than favorable. Im glad I did because I had an amazing experience. This is a large "shabby chic" style Spa that you would find in a big city. They have a wide range of services and a huge selection of retail (I bought a great dress to wear out that evening). The staff was very friendly, well trained and professional. I came in just wanting to get a pedicure & manicure fixed that another local salon had done poorly and ended up adding a massage. I was served wine as well as cheese crackers and offered to use the sauna which were all nice touches. The "coconut pistachio" pedicure was probably the best I've ever had and the massage included (at no extra charge) a scented eye pillow, aroma therapy, hot stones, hot towels & the therapist used some sort of brush on my feet which was nice. I will be back.

It is really a shame that people can post bogus reviews here that the spa cannot reply to. Some of these are obviously one-sided & embellished or fake accounts of what truly happened. Please look on Facebook, where you cannot post reviews anonymously. Gräfin Blau Spa has over 70 amazing 5 star reviews there! Those reviews on Facebook & the over 195 glowing reviews on Groupon and on Trip Advisor (2 other sites where you cannot post anonymously) speak the truth about what an amazing Spa with excellent customer service that Gräfin Blau Spa is. The prices are reasonable, the staff is caring & truly love their jobs, the atmosphere is top notch & the location is gorgeous. Check it out for yourself! You will NOT be disappointed!
