Prompt and professional employees. I was pleased with their service throughout the restoration of my building. Three floors were affected, though they moved things along quickly so that my tenants were not inconvenienced for a length of time. I would use Rainbow International again if the need arises.

Coming home to water all over your kitchen floor is no fun. Apparently our waterline to the ice maker had been leaking for some time and it caused a big mess. The water even leaked all the way down to the basement. Our insurance company sent Rainbow out that night to clean up the mess and they did a good job. Their technicians were professional and they took care of everything.

So thankful I found this company! Rainbow Intl. came out to help me with my basement after my sump pump broke down. It was not a pretty sight. The guys that arrived were courteous, knowledgeable and stuck to their promises. Ray was my main contact and he was easy to work with. They worked with my insurance company (State Farm) and I was happy to hear that they had good things to say about Rainbow Intl. due to working with them in the past. Certainly put me at ease seeing as I have never filed a claim before. I had a lot of questions and felt reassured every step of the way. We had a nice finished basement so of course I was initially freaking out when I first ventured down there and seen water all over the place. By the time they were done it looked like nothing even occurred. I was pretty impressed. So thankful and pleased with the outcome that they definitely have my recommendation.
