New Englander's are notorious for demanding quality service at a reasonable price, and RICKY GAUSE RV delivered just that to me. Careful diagnosis and expertise made a major repair to our refridgerator a first time, done right repair. I watched Ricky and his associate make the repairs. His concern for every detail was nothing less than admirable. He went right by the numbers, confirmed his diagnosis with the manufacturer and was right on! Job done right, the first time! Call Ricky first!

Please don't waste your time and money with these people they want answer? For you they want u to schedule a appointment so they can make money off u and take your money please deal with the RV place in Murphy nc they will answer any ? U have to solve the problem yourself and if you can't he will fix it for a whole lot cheaperI highly recommend not going to these people he is a rip off and a cheapskate
