So happy with this service! I will 100% be using Stainless Steemer again. They came to my house to clean the rug and did such a thorough and professional job. The owners are so nice and always responsive.

The man who gave the estimate was also the same man who did the work. He was punctual, knowledgeable and very professional. He came a bit early, did what he said he would do, and asked if I was happy with everything before he finished. He retouched up a couple of spots that I wanted redone. He was flexible with the household needs ( we had to have it done within a narrow window of time) and he was pleasant to deal with. I was pleased with the result and price.
