Poor Customer Services, in store and corporate offices. I purchase a tennis ball that pet supermarket sells with their logo for my dog. Instead of a toy my dog almost died. The hair on the tennis ball comes apart my dog choked with the hair, thank God I was able to pull out the pink hair from my dogs throat if not my dog would have died. DO NOT BUY this product. Tennis balls are not intended for dogs to play with. I have left several messages for Customer Services in order to return the item and my calls are not returned. I went to the store in Hialeah west68 street place of purchase and because its pass the 14 days policy I was not able to return or get a store credit. My dog almost died from a product that Pet Supermarket sells the item is not intended to be a toy for dogs. This item should be banned from selling it in any pet store or write warning label. But as far as the experience I had with a $3.99 purchase I will not be returning or buying anything else from Pet Supermarket.
