Let me start by saying I'm a very fair and understanding person but thus place can not keep getting away with their bad service and horrible health standards. It's filthy dirty and no employees wears gloves while handling or preparing food. There were roaches in the walls and God knows what's there kitchen like. I asked for 2 natural orange juices they tasted like rotten oranges when I politely asked the very rude owner might I add to place give me my money back he refused. I strongly suggest that if looking for a good bakery in the hialeah area do not try this place. You can deal without the cold croquettes and stale pastries.
