we have had no luck with this company either, we had to return a product, I shipped it to them, they say they never recieved it. I have to tried to contact them and cannot manage to speak with anyone.

Worst company I've ever dealt with, total lack of customer service, ordered parts from them, only received half my order contacted numerous times with no response, finally got one was told parts were on the way 2 months later nothing, many more emails and nothing, stay away from these crooks
