Don't buy from them, if something goes wrong they will try to blame it on you they wont even listen what you have to say...they will throw you out of their store without giving you a chance to explain yourself. the will degrade you and insult you, that's exactly what happened to me! the owner told me he refuses to teach me how to use the product he sold me....because aparently "as a licenced esthetician I am supposed to know how to use every machine regarding the field" .When the machine broke i told him...and he said that was a lack of training that i should have asked for training....Now im here regretting that bad business choice, $3000 down the drain....very unprofessional, utter and complete lack of costumer service, most obnoxious business owners in the state of Florida I COMPLETELY DISCOURAGE any of the innocent people which may be interested in buying this low quality equipment!
