Rude customer service, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I was a new employee at my company and redesigned their logo so I contacted them via email for a quote on new stickers. So new artwork = new quote. I also don't understand why they wouldn't have the latest version of a design program for their business so they made it seem as if was my fault I used the newest one for the artwork...

This is what I received back from them:



"The files will not open as they are from a newer version of AI. Also, if this is the same job we've quoted 3 times, but no order was made, please refer to your last quote."
