We were founded in 2013 by Husband and Wife, John and Devynn Thompson.  Devynn worked in the dental field for nine years, and managed two leading offices here in the High Desert. John has been working in the plumbing industry since 2005 and has a vast knowledge and skill for the plumbing trade. Our mission is to serve other families and business like our's, and ensure that they receive the best all around experience. We strive to bring forth superior customer service, and competitive pricing. Thompson Family plumbing and Rooter, understands when times are tough, and as a family with children, we will , always work with our customers to get them back up and running. Unfortunately with the plumbing industry today, many companies have lost their compassion for those who struggle, that is something we promise to bring to our customers. We are changing one's normal experience and impressions of dealing with plumbing problems and poor customer service.

This company is EXCELLENT. I called at 7:30am and they had someone at my house 8:05! He was extremely nice, very helpful and their pricing was more than affordable. Thank you so much Thompson Family Plumbing for your amazing work =]

A company that serves with quality and not quantity! Where good Customer Service still exists. This company is owned by people who pride themselves in their hard work, honesty, and integrity. I wouldn't trust anyone more than Thompson's for my home needs! They also have great local referrals for other home care needs!!!
