He is not reliable I used Taxi service and he was high as a kite I will not trust him with my life any try to conversate with my teenage daughter he seems like a pervert watch your children

I'm here on vacation on top of the mountain and I needed to get get to the city. This is my first time in California so I had no idea how hard it is to find a taxi up in the mountains.
