I called and attempted to book a jumper for my daughter's birthday party and the guy on the phone was very rude. I asked him if he could send me a copy of his liability insurance and he said he would call his insurance company and call me back the next day. He never called me back and I tried calling back multiple times but nobody picked up my calls.
