This company repeatedly calls trying to send me an updated manual on my copiers. They then proceed to ask me what my model number is. If they have my number and want to send me an updated manual, why don't they know my model number(s)? I have never dealt with this company before, I deal with someone local. It's a scam so they can send you toner and charge you for something you never ordered. LIARS!

They don't deserve any stars, but this site requires at least one.
