Worst experience ever. My daughter complained to me that her instructor (who I'd be surprised is over 18) pushed her back down during stretching so much that it hurt her. I was ready to complain when my daughter begged me not to and promised if it happened again she would speak up and agreed then I could complain. That was my mistake. Anyway, the following class I had to work so my sister took my daughter to class and came home to find my daughter crying from back pain because apparently during a flip in the pole she again hurt her back but she held in her pain until she was home so my sister "wouldn't embarrass her by complaining to her instructor". I immediately called the place but no answer and no call back even after I left a voicemail. I called again the following day and the lady in charge immediately got defensive, unprofessional and plain out rude yelling at me. I don't recommend this place at all they need to get trained professionals when dealing with children so young since there can be serious damages done.

No heater in the winter for kids no a/c or swamp cooler in the summer for kids, very very poor customer service, showed proof (receipt) that i paid for team items that were custom ordered for my child and was told they gave her stuff to another child and they would not give a refund. Paid USAG fee so my child could compete through USAG for the 2015 -16 season and they never sent in her membership and once again proof of purchase and no refund, The excuse was that they could not find their copy even though i provided my copy. Very very bad business and dishonest people.

Best Gymnastics facility in Southern California, not just the High Desert. Atmosphere is warm and kids are always being COACHED not WATCHED!! They not only have Artistic gymnastics but they have Trampoline and Tumbling gymnastics as well. All of the coaches are certified and have back ground checks. Kids first!! Love this place. Will continue taking my 3 children here until they obtain their college scholarships I am sure they will get with the help of Coach Carlos and the rest of the staff!!
