We are building a house and got our grading done from Elite! Couldn't be happier with this family owned business! They came to my property and got all the elevations from the houses around to make sure ours matches, they had great equipment, tractors and water truck! Their team worked great and very professional and punctual every day that they worked. They were very organized and not messy at all, they worked like art work. Unfortunately the weather was bad but that didn't stop them from working, extremely dedicated to their job. We got the compaction test and the first test passed with 95% and second was 99%, where you only need to pass by only 90%. They passed beyond that! Ron Barnett and his two sons did extremely well for the starting to lay my house in such a way where we had no issues with any setbacks etc! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ELITE.
