took 112 lbs recycling plastic,,they wanted to pay it as scrap just because it was over 100 lbs..what the heck I had the impressions that I was being ripped off.

recycling rip off

We went in with 70lbs of aluminum cans, and a coupon for $2.12 a pound. We were discussing it later that night because things didn't add up. Turns out we only received $1.21 a pound. Which is lower than the standard rate. They are a rip off!!! If I could rate negative stars I would!
