IM A PARTS DRIVER FOR NAPA AND GO TO ALOT OF SHOPS AND THIS IS WHERE I TAKE MY TRUCK , NEVER SEE A UNHAPPY CUSTOMER . THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE AND TAKE PRIDE IN THE WORK THEY DO . THEY HAVE BEEN THERE FOR EVER , FAMILY RUN AND THE BEST PLACE I WOULD SAY .

I took my Toyota Prius there to replace my radiator thermostat & an air conditioner hose also asked them to adjust the front hood to close better---when it was ready I noticed a pretty large dent on the top as if someone tried to make the hood latch. I'm not kidding when I say a really large collapsed area and about 8" in diameter & 4" deep which kinda bothered me since I actually painted th hood myself. When I asked Eliseo about it he said they didn't do it& it was already there.what really bothered me is I have known them for about 14 years why lie, not just a customer but a friend who has brought them a lot of recommendations & loyal customers....

I will never go back---- but you can roll the dice
