My family has bought 7 cars over the years from Desert Wholesale. I have 3 daughters that are not always easy on cars. I had a starter go out after 2 weeks and Rich and Becky split the bill with me...even though it was as-is and they didn't legally need to do a thing. All my cars were bought as-is and it blows my mind how idiots can complain about a car they bought at a reasonable price that developed a problem months after their purchase, and they feel they are owed something. If these idiots complaining had an honest complaint, even the woman complaining her car wasn't held for her, they should take them to court. My research shows the only law suite against Desert Wholesale was on a repossession that Desert Wholesale was cleared. This dealership has a five star Better Business Bureau rating....and that works for me.

Worst customer service and they sell bad cars they lie about repairs and do not care about the customers I paid 5600 in February 2015 the car has been in the shop most of the time I can't drive it! Overheating,leaking oil,head gasket and sensors and catilyic converter plus more problem horrible. I'm now suing and Becky is beyond rude and she told me I didn't make the car and I didn't break the car! I will never do business with them again complete rip off

While the people are nice enough I will never do business there. We went in to buy a car and we found an amzing car perfect for us. We offered money down to hold it ince the owner told us it wouldn't be ready for buying for a few days, she told us no to leaving the money and that we would just do all that on that Monday, she also told me that the payment i wanted with the deposit I had was doable. Well Monday I get there and not only was the stoey about what the car was going to cost me different but the car was sold. My family really wanted that car and no one there really cared the attitude was oh well we can get another car but tough luck. The one guy actual k y told me "well maybe you should have left a deposit", and the other one who was standing there when Becky and I discussed the money said he had no recollection of the conversation. I will NEVER go back.

These are some of the nicest people I have meant up here they help you where the can and have always been there to help me I just wanted to tell them thank you and if anyone needs a car then they really are the ones to see the even stand behind what they sell which makes it really comforable to buy there. thank you Rich And Becky .
