Took my boot to get the zipper repaired here my boots are a light camel color. When I went to pick them up they stained the leather with some kind of oil they used on the zipper. When I asked the man in the back counter he replied that they where already like that. If my boots where that badly stained I wouldn't have bothered to get them fixed. He damaged them and the oil can not be removed if you do go here make sure you take pictures of your shoes before you drop them off because they will not take responsibility for any damages.
