I went in looking for a couch. It was pretty much my fault I have to admit. I got stuck with a couch that is definitely not worth $100. I felt hustled and pressured to make the purchase without seeing the couch. The description and picture of a couch that looks like it is very different from what I got. I was told to pick it up after being "professionally" cleaned but when I arrived there was no couch. They asked if I can come back in a few hours. I had to work so I had my husband pick it up for me. When I got home to admire my couch I almost cried. It wasn't the couch that was described or near the visual of the picture they showed me. I felt duped. I didn't even bother calling them about it because it's a Thrift store. Usually it's all sales final and I am the idiot who made the purchase. I relied on these women who were so friendly to talk me into making a purchase without seeing it first hand. There are tears, cigarette burns, etc. Don't buy from them.

I LOVE CHARLENE'S store!! it's a collector's very own candy store. When you go in there's so many cool toys, clothing and so much more. Word of advice go child free because your going to want to take your time looking through stuff and not only that your going to have to stop your little one from stopping the, from wanting to grab everything..lol.



I love how the store is organized. It's so fun and colorful. I Love the awesome deals I get on Hotwheels and movies. The store owners are very well informed, sweet and hardworkers. I love how they work with me to any lay aways. I don't make much so their lay away allows me to buy the wonderful things in their store.



I am very grateful for the workers and their store.

I don't have to get in the door you could tell that rudeness Was coming. I did not even get to look the lady was like what you look for everthing was over priced

This is the worst Thrift Store ever. There over priced and rude. I saw and incident at there store today. Were these customers wanted there deposit back and the older lady I assume the mom, was yelling and rude said she was going to call the cops but instead of calling the cops she called 3 guys over who came in with there shirts off. I swear it felt like I was in a movie about gangs. I asked the customers what the dispute was about and it was because there weren't going to purchase the item the put on hold and wanted the deposit back. The owners wouldn't give back there money and threaten them with 3 guy. WOW never thought I would see that. The customers left and sad to say as they left they were still being harassed. I would never go there again and felt bad for the 2 young ladies. what a disgrace to see the high desert small stores community go down hill like this. Recommend not going there.

Seriously u needed to come into my store with 3 guys and ur mom to what get ur money back stop talking like u were a customer when u were the girl who was starting a big drama in my store seem like u should have ur mother manage ur money since u can't make up your mind and as for the 3 guys they were there so u wouldn't take what u didn't pay for like u said u were going to steal it because it was urs when u mever paid it off wow talk about rude people in the high desert urcrazy and I don't need problem people in my store so next time have ur mother buy ur stuff so u don't change ur mind....

The owner has their items too hiked up, its a "THRIFT STORE" not Target. I understand that they are a buisness trying to make money but everything is USED its no wounder people aren't buying anything. The mom, im guessing doesnt know how to count change back right to the customers and had to call the daugher over because she didn't know how to use the cash register. I will NEVER return to this thrift store!

I love Charlene's Thrift Store.. The people are so helpful and nice. I got the wedding dress of my dreams @ Charlene's Thrift Store for a very good price... Thank you all for helping my wedding day be everything I could ever want......Selestina Braun
