Extremely rude man at the entrance of this establishment. Do not bother going nor shopping nor spending any money here whatsoever. The rude man greets u at the door using pet names like buddy man and bro. Extremely annoying and rude. All the answers he has is no no. What's the point of coming to this redicoulous sad excuse of a car audio shop. Don't even waste your time.....

The worst customer experience I have every experienced. I asked for specific equipment and set up and he tells me yes no prob. Then I go and pick it up and he says I never said that. Thats not true. Well he already has my money and Abe believes his lying flunky. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. GO TO SOUND CITY 2 IN VICTORVILLE. It would have cost him 100$ to make it write and they would have got another 1000$ for my other car and the 400$ my friend just spent yesterday. Customer service goes a long way especially when you mistreat someone who has no problem in telling everyone how bad this company is.
