Today with my toe on the 13th David was very professional and went above and beyond and made sure my car was able to be locked and the key was out and the windows were up above and beyond

I had a flat on the freeway and called AAA they sent over Aguiar's Towing they arrived quicker then expected and when Bryan arrived he was courteous and professional. He took care of our needs quickly and even gave us a mini tire changing lesson with useful tips. We were back on the road in no time. It is nice to have great service when you are in a stressful situation.

Let me start by saying to the owners of Aguiar's towing inc THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY A TOW COMPANY EVER!!!! LONNIE was THE MAN LONNIE went over and beyond to help me out he definitely made my horrible day 150 times better make sure you take care of LONNIE and you now have a customer for LIFE !!!! To THE MAN himself thank you so much you are definitely a model employee but are also an amazing kind person and anyone who gets the honor to meet and get you great customer service you will keep passing the pay it forward hands down thank you so much and you saved my 18 yr old having to listen to me scream you the best thank you so much. On June 29, 2016 my husband and I found ourselves on the side of the road in Cajon Pass with a shredded tire. Jorge came within minutes to our rescue. The day was one of those extremely hot days and after giving us a cold bottle of water, he changed the tire within minutes. He was professional and had such a positive manner that we felt at ease instantly. Thank you Jorge.

Service was timely but the driver was a joke. He drove my car onto the truck and never used his wench. He used tie downs to tie it down. My car was shifting from side to side and a couple times it looked like it was going to end up in the street. I will specifically ask for another company if AAA tries to send them ever again.

I broke down the other night and the driver,Alfonso was what made it not so bad. He was very courteous and helpful.Thanks Aguiars towing.

My respects go out to this company I've had AAA for years and have called in recent years but nothing compare to this time and specially to the driver named Moses I can't believe how helpful he was with us it was hot and he got there fast very professional and gave us water then immediately placed us in a safe location (it being his tow truck )which I may ad that it was impeccable very clean and organized, he then treated our car like it was his no scratches mistakes or anything! Two thumbs up for sure!!!!!

Best service ever, thank you to Edgar for saving me. I ran out of gas on the Cajon Pass and was alone and scared. Edgar was very professional and saved me from a late night of being stuck on the side of the road. He didn't even charge me for the gas. It is not often you meat good people willing to help! Highly recommend this company.

They towed my car to a mechanic from Hesperia to Victorville and the driver hit my car on a pole in the front of the shop. I had called numerous times to handle the situation and they never responded to me or called me back. AAA finally got involved and sent me a letter telling me to contact someone else and they are trying to ignore any liabilty and shift the blame onto the mechanic or I. I recommend never using them and if you have a membership with AAA to ask for another, more professional company.

Car broke down early in the morning. Called AAA 7am he was there by 7:30am ready to tow 100 miles. Very fast and polite service. Best experience I've ever had with a tow company!

My friend's car had a flat today (1:45pm) so I called AAA and they sent Jesse from Aguiar's Towing. We were told we may have to wait up to 45 min. but Jesse was there in five. He was quick, friendly and polite. I would recommend this service to anyone. Thanks!

I have been a AAA member for many years and out of all the times that I've been serviced Aguiar;s Towing has been the fastest to assist me I only had to wait 30 minutes and the driver was very polite . I find it hard to believe that someone can have such a bad experience with this company since Ive been serviced by them in numerous accasions.I always request AAA to send me Aguiar's Towing when i need service and would recomend them to everyone.

The WORST company ever!!! We had an almost fatal accident on the 15. I'm a AAA member and Aguiar's Towing was called out by them to assist us. Our vehicle was totaled. We asked them to take it to the nearest salvage yard where we could have it disposed of. Instead of doing what we asked, they took it to their storage facility and put it in the back of it, locked it up and said they wouldn't release it until we paid an over $200 "storage fee." Then AAA called us at 5:00 a.m. and said that Aguiars would charge us another day's storage if we didn't get there immediately. After a frightful experience the day before, my husband got out of bed and drove to Aguiars at 5:00 am. When he arrived, no one was there!! Then, we called AAA to get the totaled van moved from our hotel pkg lot to another location. Of course we told AAA not to call Aguiars. Who shows up? They do! My husband asked them to leave. He wouldn't leave! Then, the guy started laughing and taking photos of him on his cell.
