Provided by YP.comThe receptionist who answers the phone is very rude. When I asked to reschedule my appointment, she told me it was a $50.00 charge. Then when I went to cancel it, she hung the phone up on me. If this is the way they're going to treat ME, I hate to see how they treat the animals!!!!!
