The front staff charged a higher level session because I had no more minutes in lower level left. I was never notified of what they were doing and when I asked them to contact owner to correct the issue, the owner said no refunds without asking the circumstances of the complaint.

I love the hernando location they are always super nice and everything is always very clean tidy and replenished.
