Sounds like someone should be cleaning instead of being on their phone.Free clothes? Are they hiring?

After working at Uplifted Standards for 7 months I can say I have mixed feelings about the place. While the free outfits and the flexibility of schedules was amazing I can't ignore the fact that two of my checks bounced. At the age of 15 I know that payroll always come first, clearly with two bounced paychecks he obviously didn't know that. He (my ex boss) has said to me that he tends to over order, in my opinion instead of over ordering clothes you should pay your staff first then with the money left over you can order your merchandise. With that I can also say that his priorities aren't in line, he spent months talking about how he hated the counter and wanted it moved, while the back section of the store looked like a hot mess. He also constantly said how the employees need to be off their phones when costumers were in the store but he would sit behind the counter playing games on his phone, i feel he needs to practice what he preaches and get off his phone. Also again with the counter he hated when the employees were behind the counter but he never really left the counter, my family has stopped in the store on multiple accession and has said they've only seen him behind the counter. If he really wants people to listen he should lead by example. Overall I'm pleased that I got the opportunity to work at this store, I'm saddened that it didn't work out but I can't take the blame for it not working out.
