I hired Attorney McCann so I could file for bankruptcy. Almost 2 months later my case has not yet been filled. this attorney was paid in full and the online counseling has been done, was done almost 2 months ago, the first time I called to find the status I was told it was not filled yet because they had to install tax software (not sure what that has to do with filling my case) and was told it would be filled the next week. 3 weeks went by and I called and got the excuse that he is busy and again told it will be filled next week. I am still get collection calls and bills for these accounts that are supposed to go in on bankruptcy. My sister and a co-worked both filled and within a week of them paying and doing the online counseling their cases were filled but they used a different attorney. I would not recommend this attorney,
