Fantastic customer service! We had our air conditioner go out soon after we bought our home. It was hot out, and everyone we called couldn't come for days. I called Eclipse and the technician arrived that day! And fixed it within 15 minutes! A part needed to be replaced. When our furnace went out, Eclipse was who we called. Once again, fantastic service! We had considered getting a heat pump to replace the 25+ year old furnace (which we discovered had been flooded when previously owned [and not disclosed]) and air conditioner, and this was the perfect time. They were professional and the Lenox system is wonderful! They are our go-to HVAC company! Can't say enough good about the entire experience!

Our old heating and air unit finally bit the dust, and we had Eclipse Heating and Air come to see about a new system.
They were prompt, courteous, careful, and did a very good job overall. Our experience was very good.

Customer Service?

Just got off the phone with Mr. Know it all Brad. He was so negative and went on and on about the system I bought and how bad it would be, like he was more concerned about selling his product. I just wanted him to come and instal a small Mimi slip system. Seems like this company with it's attitude was gonna be a problem right off the bat. He just kept going on and on so I advent y'all just hung up on him. Some people just don't get it. After looking at some of these past reviews, I'm glad I didn't do business with this company.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

0 Star Rating! This Company came out to my residence for over 2 years to service my CH&A unit. The unit kept blowing electrical fuses. They told me the unit was to small to keep up the size of the house. I finally broke down and bought a new unit from them. We had to move out of state and the house was vacant for 6 months while we were trying to sell it. When inspection time came the unit did the same thing, blew a fuse! I called them and they came out to fix it and billed me for it. They did not honor the warranty. They told me a dog had chewed through the 220 wire! So basically they never fixed the electrical problem in the first place and ripped me off for $ 6K on a new unit. PLEASE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

First of all I'd give no stars but that is not an option on here! In January we contacted Eclipse to have them look at our furnace that was not working properly. We had, had Eclipse work on our furnace two years prior and asked for the same technician we had, had before. We were then informed he no longer worked there. On January 29th, 2013 a technician arrived at our house a half an hour later than the time slot we were told. He was very unprofessional making comments about getting his girlfriend pregnant and other various non furnace related comments. My husband watched him the entire time and witnessed him take the pump apart, set the pieces on the dirty ground and then reassemble the pump without cleaning the pieces first. After putting the pump back together he concluded the pump had seized and needed to be replaced. We then asked when that could happen. He told us he believed that there was a pump back at the shop in Hermiston and said he may be able to go get the pump and install it later in the day if it was the correct pump. We paid $135 for his “inspection”. We never heard from him after that until about a week later when my husband called him. We wanted to get our furnace up and running because we have an 8 month old son living in the home. He said the pump they had would not work and he would go ahead and order one for us and they would have it in a day or two...we never heard from them until my husband again called almost 4 weeks from the first meeting to figure out what was going on. On February 20th at 11:40am he called and asked what was going on and wanted to see if the pump had even been ordered. The receptionist wasn’t sure and said she’d call him right back once she knew what was going on....he never heard back from her. He again called on the 20th at 4:31pm and got a different receptionist and asked the same questions and was given the same answer. That they’d call right back, and they never did. He then had almost given up on them and called one last time. On Thursday at 10:26am he called Eclipse and was told the same thing but, this time the receptionist actually called back at 10:31am and said that they would send the owner out the next day on February 22nd between 3 and 4pm and get it taken care of. My husband took half a day off to be at the house when the owner arrived. We waited until 4:35pm and then called the shop to see where he was. The receptionist told us as she had so many times before that she would call him and find out and then call us right back. We had not heard by 4:55pm so decided to call one last time. This time when we called we didn’t get a receptionist...we got their answering machine because they were closed It has been 5 days since they were supposed to install the pump and haven’t even given us a phone call to apologize or let us know what happened. I have never had such AWFUL customer service in all my life. So completely unprofessional. Thank god we have a wood stove in our home or this would have been far worse. My husband lost a half a day of pay and I have had to remove our child from the home during the day because it is far too cold. We contacted a different company on Monday the 25th, they came out to our home, were on time, diagnosed the problem, ordered the correct pump and installed it 3 days after our first meeting. It only took them 4 days, it took Eclipse 24 days of jerking us around and they accomplished nothing.

What a rip off! I joined their maintenance club and have been paying 16.00 a month for 3 years. They are supposed to do it twice a year, its hard enough getting them to come once a year. This visit today sent me over the edge, the tech ( who was actually just a student) showed up 7 hrs late, yes, 7 hrs! Then proceeded to try and up sell me on unnecessary fixes. Last year they recharged my freon for FREE as a part of my service plan, this year it was suddenly going to cost $150.00 to fill it plus another $220.00, just to locate the possible leak. Wow! Wish I had back the almost 600.00 I've paid to them over the last 3 yrs.

The service, communication and pricing were amazing! I needed to have gas plumbed to a fireplace. Had been waiting on other local businesses for 6 weeks. When I called I was just hoping for fairness. What I received was outstanding customer service, an immediate idea of timelines for different stages, and almost half the cost of Bruce Heating and Air. Wow! Not only did the job get done exceptionally well, but fast and they had the whole thing done and inspected the same day: Three days after I first called! Did I say they were OUTSTANDING!!!!
